ANC President, Cyril Ramaphosa, visited the Zion Christian Church (ZCC) leader Bishop Engenas Lekganyane on Sunday to mark the celebration of the ZCC’s 100 years of existence.
Ramaphosa said Bishop Lekganyane welcomed him just as he did with all State Presidents dating back to President Nelson Mandela. “We continue to be grateful for the lessons we take away from the church with each visit,” he said.
He said that ZCC leader Bishop Barnabas Lekganyane welcome the ANC just as he did with all State Presidents dating back to President Nelson Mandela.
Ramaphosa congratulated the St.Engenas Zion Christian Church (ZCC) on celebrating 100 years of existence.
The gathering comes three days after 45 people dies in a bus accident while travelling to Moria when the bus veered off a bridge.
Thousands of pilgrims from all corners of the country have gathered at the denomination’s headquarters in Moria, outside Polokwane, to attend the Easter pilgrimage.
