Viewers of the Big Brother Mzansi reality TV show are saddened by Liema’s departure from the show.
‘BIG BROTHER MZANSI’ STAR EVICTED
The Big Brother Mzansi reality TV star, Liema was the fourteenth housemate to ger evicted on Monday, 18 March.
She was given two choices, either to stay in the game and compete for R2 million or take R250k and leave the house immediately.
The 22-year-old student chose to press the buzzer, took the R250 000 cheque and exited the show.
Her exit comes after Young Papi, Lerato, Jareed, Els, Chueenza, Meelay, Mich, Taki, Pale, Fahima, Sammy_M, Mali, Neo’s evictions.
There are currently only seven housemates left in the reality TV show after Yolanda and Bravo B’s disqualifications.
MultiChoice eliminated Yolanda from the show on Friday, 15 March, while Bravo B left in the show’s opening week.
Fan-favourite, Yolanda Mukondeleli Monyai was disqualified following her remarks about molesting a fellow housemate.
The channel revealed in a statement that they don’t condone any acts that threaten the safety of the contestants on the show.
“We do not condone any acts that threaten the safety of the housemates on the show, and we take Gender Based Violence seriously.”
WHY LIEMA’S FANS ARE DISAPPOINTED
Fans of the reality TV star, Liema are disappointed she chose the R250 000 and walked away from Big Brother Mzansi show.
Liema had a huge fanbase and followers of the show predicted she would have won the R2 million prize had she stayed.
While some are applauding her for choosing the money because there are no guarantees on the show.
Former Big Brother Mzansi contestant and podcaster, Sol Phenduka congratulated Liema for choosing the money.
Phenduka said on X: “So Liema was offered 250k in the big brother house only if she exits the game. She took the money! Well, done! Smart move! Do y’all know the story of Thando in our Big Brother season?”
“She thought she had a chance of winning the season and passed up a chance to take money and exit.”
“She left empty handed. And got voted out in the following weeks. Always take the money. That’s a win. A free R250K. Aowa guys (no guys).”
