Kaizer Chiefs have issued a statement warning a fake notice doing the rounds on social media that they will be hosting trials.

A number of unofficial social media accounts claimed that there will be trials for the Chiefs development from U10 to U19.

Furthermore, these fake posters are encouraging those interested to pay a fee in the region of R800 to R1000.

However, Chiefs have poured cold water on these fake posts, saying the don’t hold trials at the Naturena Village.

Instead, the Soweto giants rely heavily in their scouting department for talent identification before inviting promising youngsters for assessment.
